Ive never played fallout but this type of content where you combine not only the game but the real world is a really cool concept! Watched all of the episodes and really enjoyed it!

Nice sleuthing! I think you're right as to which is the inspiration for the super duper mart.
Are there a chance of ghouls in that mart? My memories of fallout3 have ghouls inside fighting raiders... Or did I imagine that..
